Policy Overview
Order Process

You always have the option to ship in your own items such as car emblems, phone cases, computer cases, license plate frames, shoes, handbags, custom items and anything else you have in mind.
If you do decide to send in your own items be sure to send us a picture of the item and let us know the details of the texture and material so we can be sure that we will be able to beautifully set stones.
To avoid any misunderstanding we recommend the client send in their own items such as SHOES, OFFICE PHONES, LAPTOPS, DIGITAL CAMERAS, CUSTOM CAR PARTS, MICROPHONES, ETC. For other items that we do not provide please contact us for inquiries.
- You can also order an item and have it automatically shipped to our address to save on extra shipping charges. Crystal Fetish is not responsible if you send in the wrong item.
- Once everything is finalized you will need to place your order.
- Once payment has cleared we will begin to process your order.
- Once we receive your item, your order is assigned to one of our highly trained designers.
- After completion, your item is to be carefully inspected making sure it meets Crystal Fetish attention to detail, high quality of standards before it is shipped out.
Payments are accepted through Credit Card (we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express), PayPal, and Cash. We ship worldwide!

Turn Around Time
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to process and leave our facility after your order has been placed.
Shipping time depends on the option that the buyer chooses at the time of order. Once your order leaves our facility we have no control over the time it takes to arrive.
Holiday Season
During the Holiday Season we ask our clients to always place their orders ahead of time to assure that their orders will arrive on time. We are the busiest during this time of the year and once we have reached our limit we will stop taking holiday orders.
Since our products are all custom hand made when you order them ALL SALES ARE FINAL! This means there is no return or exchange.
Shipping
Crystal Fetish ships to different countries around the world all the time. Prices are calculated at the time of purchase. If you have a preference in which mail service to use please be sure to notify us before your order is shipped so that we may arrange this for you. We usually ship items around the world as "gifts" to make sure you do not get charged taxes from customs for buying from a different country because it can be expensive depending on the country. Customs may question you about the package you are expecting and sometimes may still charge you depending on what you tell them. It is the buyers responsibility for the incurred costs by customs if they determine that it is not a gift.
We ship with Priority USPS shipping for US Residents and USPS Express shipping for Non US Residents. Tracking number is always included for all orders!
Other shipping methods are available upon request (Charges will apply).
Lost Items
It is the buyers responsibility to purchase insurance on all orders. Crystal Fetish is not responsible for lost items. Please make sure to purchase shipping insurance on your items weather you are sending in an item to be crystallized as well as for the item to be shipped back to you. Every item is personally inspected and packaged by Crystal Fetish to insure package has been sent out.
Please make sure your address is correct when making a purchase. Crystal Fetish does not know your correct address. We only go by what shipping address you provide us with. We are not responsible if you provide us with the wrong address.
PLEASE BE SURE TO VIEW YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED AND MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT!
Life Time Guarantee
At Crystal Fetish, we try our best to always keep our clients happy and that’s why we are the only company to offer lifetime guarantee on all of our crystallized work. If any crystals fall off the item you’ve purchased from us from daily wear and tear reasons, you may send it back to us for free repair. We are not responsible for the actual item that has been crystallized (i.e.: cases/covers, license plate frames, car emblems, baby products, shoes, handbags, etc.) because we do not manufacture them. We are only responsible for the work we do which is applying crystals. The glue that we use is a very strong glue, regardless, anything made with loose crystals have the possibility of becoming loose and falling off.
PLEASE BE SURE TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE CUSTOM HANDMADE ITEMS.
Baby items are for decorative/display purposes. By purchasing our baby items/pacifiers you are releasing Crystal Fetish from ALL and ANY responsibilities. PLEASE keep your child/children under adult supervision at ALL times.
In the case of any crystal falling off, due to normal wear and tear, you may send back the item and we will repair the fallen crystals for free. You only pay shipping charges.
If ever a crystal is to fall off or another quality issue arises with the application of crystals due to our workmanship (crystal falling off a phone cover due to the dropping of your phone or wear and tear reasons) please contact us via email to our customer service department at info@blingoutthefabulousinyou.com. We will always work with you to resolve your issue. Your satisfaction is our success!
Privacy Policy
Crystal Fetish will always handle your personal information with care and personal information given to us is kept confidential.
WE DO NOT SAVE ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. EVERYTHING IS HANDLED THROUGH OUR TRUSTED MERCHANT SERVICES.
Cancellations and Refunds
We do our best to provide our clients with flawless quality workmanship. If you receive an item with an issue in the workmanship, from our doing, please notify us as soon as possible and we will work with you to fix the issue. You have five (5) days to notify us and ship back your defected item.
Please note: Because all items are custom handmade per clients request when your order is placed there will be no such thing as a full refund since we have already invested in purchasing the Swarovski crystals and the designers time. We will only remake your order ONLY if there is a flaw in our work. We recommend you are sure of the design and colors you have chosen for your item as Crystal Fetish is NOT liable for the choices you have made. There will be no return or exchange from one design/color combination so we ask that you are 300% sure of what you have chosen.
When placing your order, please make sure that your vin number, mobile phone model, MacBook model, etc is accurate as we will not be responsible for the mistakes you have made.
As soon as your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your confirmation email to make sure all of your details are correct. If you find a mistake, i.e.: shipping address, phone model, crystal colors, etc...PLEASE NOTIFY CRYSTAL FETISH IMMEDIATELY and no later than twelve (12) hours after your order has been placed. This will give us enough time to fix any issues before your item has been created.
We will not be able to return or exchange already made products, as we have already spent our money, time and effort to create the item per our clients special request. Exchange will only be made if Crystal Fetish was at fault in creating your special request and that is why we require all communications regarding your order handled through email.
Crystal Fetish items must be returned in the same condition it was sent to the client. We do not accept returns if our designs were damaged through uses for which it was not intended, i.e., mishandling, design modification, tampering, misuse, etc...
If client has placed an order and has changed their mind and would like a refund they have twelve (12) hours to notify us to receive a full refund.
All sales on discounted, DIY kits and supplies are final sale!
Refunding Credit Card Orders
Please allow 3 to 14 business days for your transaction to pend. That is the policy of our merchant services. If you make your purchase through PayPal and a refund has been issued the transaction should be right away or within 24 hours.

Orders
We do not start on any orders until payment is made. If you need your order ASAP please make sure to make your payment on time. We are not responsible if you have failed to follow our policy. Delaying payment will slow down the process of your order.
